Make vegetarian burgers with leftovers of pasta, sunflower seeds, feta cheese and more. To make it stick together, use cooked buckwheat. Chick peas add more protein and peppers add flavor. Swedish broad beans also make a great, local exchange for chick peas, though any beans will do.
